Today we had a full-day tour of the Cape Peninsula – all the way to Cape Point with a boat ride to Seal Island in Hout Bay, the Cape of Good Hope and on the way back, a stop to visit the penguins in Simon’s Town then capping things off with a wine cellar tour and tasting at Groot Constantia Estate – the oldest wine producing estate in South Africa. Unfortunately for us, it rained all day so not the optimal conditions for photography but given that Cape Town is suffering from a pretty serious drought, we didn’t complain!
